Welcome to Syllen. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of IT security and literacy offerings provided by Syllen through syllyn.com. By enrolling or accessing any content, you agree to comply with these terms in full.

2. Services

Syllen provides live and virtual IT security and literacy courses developed by industry experts. All course outlines, materials, and schedules are subject to availability and may be updated from time to time. Participants agree to pay the applicable fee before accessing any service. Session recordings remain the property of Syllen and may be used for supplementary study.

3. Digital Products

Digital educational materials, including e-books, video tutorials, and downloads, are supplied in electronic format. Access rights commence upon successful purchase, subject to these Terms.

4. Physical Goods

Physical items offered include textbooks, hardware kits, and related accessories. All goods are packaged and shipped according to the specifications indicated at the time of purchase.

5. Refund Policy

Syllen maintains differentiated reimbursement options based on the type of offering to ensure fair treatment for all participants.

5.1 Live Course Services

Participants may reschedule a session at least 7 days prior to its start date without incurring extra fees. If Syllen cancels a session, paid fees will be reimbursed within 14 days via the original method. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the scheduled start are not eligible for any reimbursement due to resource commitment and planning requirements. To request a change, contact us via our contact form.

5.2 Digital Products

Requests for reimbursement of digital materials are accepted within 14 days of purchase only if no download or access has occurred. Approved requests will be processed within 7 days via the original channel.

5.3 Physical Goods

To seek reimbursement, send unopened goods in their original packaging to the address below within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs must be borne by the purchaser. Upon receipt and inspection, approved reimbursements will be processed within 21 days.

5.4 No Reimbursement Exceptions

Custom or one-on-one coaching sessions are final and not eligible for any reimbursement due to individualized resource allocation. This policy preserves scheduling integrity and ensures dedicated support for all clients.

6. Rescheduling

To move a service to a later date, participants must submit a request at least 48 hours before the originally scheduled start via our contact form. Approval is subject to availability.

7. Amendments

Syllen reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on syllyn.com and become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
